Kieran O'Neill
Managing Director
Managing Director Kieran loves a project. His meticulous attention to detail makes him a respected authority in the fields of project management and strategic business consultancy. With a background spanning construction, engineering, mining, hospitality, tourism and design, Kieran brings practical nous to Sandcastle’s creative environment. His steady counsel drives growth and innovation as he seamlessly guides projects to fruition from the ground up. Kieran is also MD of Cogplex, where he gets to flex his project management muscles in the name of exceptional outcomes. He is a sought-after consultant in an increasingly competitive business environment. Outside of work, Kieran enjoys ocean swimming, cycling, a good wine, and spending time with his family.
Marloes Drijver
Account and Client Coordinator
Marloes works across Sandcastle and our sister practice Cogplex, coordinating design and development projects from feasibility through to completion. On the Sandcastle side, her background gives client conversations about developments an added layer of depth - she understands the planning, design and approvals process from the inside, which helps connect the creative and communications work to what's actually happening on the ground.
Meg Anderson
Communication and Engagement Lead
Meg leads communications and engagement across Cogplex and Sandcastle. A journalist and editor of more than two decades, Meg knows how to find the story in everything and get it down into words that work - for websites, campaigns, reports, presentations and community engagement. When she’s not writing for others, Meg writes flash fiction for fun and makes art out of wire. Usually there are dogs involved.

Junior Graphic & Web Designer
Ethan is part of the creative team, turning ideas into visual experiences across digital and print. He brings a fresh perspective to every project, and being a South West local, he gets the region and the people in it. He's equal parts committed student and enthusiastic contributor, always pushing his work further. Away from the desk, you'll find him on the golf course, watching the footy, or winding down at the beach.

Like all good ideas, Sandcastle was born out of necessity. The South West is made up of world-class wineries, brilliant tourism outfits, clever food innovations, classy wellness retreats, a growing population and new ventures popping up all the time. All of them with a great story to tell.
We understood that most people are really good at what they do, and not so good at getting word out about it. We saw a lot of people dabbling with haphazard marketing, and getting despondent when they got little in return.
We knew that business owners wanted to get on with what they do best, so we made it easy. By joining forces as a small agency, we could offer a complete one-stop service.
